The Apprenticeship is our flagship ministry training program—a two-year journey designed to prepare future pastors and ministry leaders through deep discipleship, rigorous theological education, practical ministry experience, and vocational discernment.
Rather than separating classroom learning from ministry, Apprentices participate fully in the life of Christ Covenant, serving alongside pastors and ministry leaders while receiving intentional coaching, theological instruction, and personal investment.

The Apprenticeship is designed for men and women who sense God's leading toward vocational ministry and have demonstrated faithfulness within the local church. Applicants should already be receiving affirmation of their character, gifting, and calling from their church as they prepare for future ministry leadership.
