  • Day-to-Day Exposure

    Experience working in the local church with an opportunity to attend meetings with staff and elders, as well as a behind-the-scenes look into service planning prep, operational and committee meetings.

  • Theological Training

    Learn to see the beauty of Christ and become a faithful minister of the Word of God.

  • Practical Experience

    Gain hands-on experience working in a specific ministry department of your interest, with helpful reflection from mentors and pastors providing insight and counsel.

  • Cohort-Style Development

    Life change happens most in community, when reflection, cooperative learning, and accountability are the foundation for growing spiritually and learning together.
